As an FDN-Practitioner, Ashley can serve as your practitioner to get you started on your Functional Medicine Journey.
If you decide to see Ashley, you will fill out the same intake paperwork that Dr. Kozlowski uses, and she will review them prior to your visit.
At the end of your initial visit Ashley will recommend which lab tests to order to identify underlying causes. Conditions she typically screens for and treats include gut dysbiosis, candida overgrowth, bacterial overgrowth, parasites, mold exposure, food sensitivities, heavy metals, and leaky gut.
The approach is patient specific, before it is confirmed which labs will be ordered all cases will be reviewed with Dr. Kozlowski. Lab results will be reviewed by both Dr. Kozlowski and Ashley to determine the best protocol for each patient and she be using Dr. Kozlowski’s treatment protocols.
Her approach to health and wellness is focused on diet, rest, exercise, stress, and supplementation.
Intake Session- $300 (plus the cost of lab tests)
Follow up session to review lab results-$150
Coaching sessions for continued support-$75/hr.
If your case is deemed beyond her scope of care or comfort, you will be referred to see Dr. Kozlowski. This is also an excellent way to get in to see Dr. Kozlowski sooner, his current waiting list for new patients is around 3 months, but follow ups are available much sooner if you see Ashley first.
What is an FDN-P?
The purpose of a FDN is to help people investigate and resolve the underlying causes and conditions at the root of their health complaints. When data from lab tests are correctly interpreted along with other clues, the healing opportunities are revealed.
FDN is a type of detective work that seeks to identify and correct the underlying causes and conditions that lead to your health complaints.
